Horrible communication. I called to speak about my case several times but it’s almost impossible to speak to a human. After leaving a voicemail on several different occasions I finally get a call back almost a week later and the person that called back was clearly not in the field of helping people. I told her I wanted to setup a payment plan and she proceeds to tell me the instructions was sent in an email when I explained I didn’t understand it clearly she gave me no proper explanation on what to do.

I was just given Sass on the phone and hung up confused. NOT THE WAY TO DO BUSINESS.

The people here are the least helpful people I've ever encountered. Renee Farley refuses to do her job. She refuses to answer her phone and returns phone calls days later. I don't have any more words. It's all just so unacceptable.
