Mr. Seddiq helped me navigate a sale for a tough family business situation where the family was fighting and pulling in different directions, and we also had the franchise rules to consider. Not only is he competent in navigating the issues that come up with the buyer and franchisor and keeping everybody on task, but he is also super diplomatic and helped to keep all sides in check and on focus when things got tough due to internal issues from the seller side.
