+ Waiting area has many chairs.
+ Service is very quick and professional.
+ Street parking* is available right in front of the building.

* Parking meter was broken. I spent 50 cents for testing 2 different meters. The officer said it's OK to park.

Tip: Bring extra copies of blank documents in case your notary public made a mistake in your notarized documents. There's a notary public service nearby to correct any error using your blank document.
