When I was 17, I was hit by a car while jogging. Hospitalized for a month. I retained schwed law and it was the worse decision ever. After maturing, I learned that there was settlements declined on my behalf without my knowledge. Court dates I was not made aware of whatsoever. Infact they switched the lawyer on my case so many times that every time we needed an update, current lawyer had no idea what was going on. Unless you want really unprofessional, shady business, avoid these people. I am 27 years old now and tell this day I still have paint from all my surgeries and these people did nothing but screw me over.

Warning About This Law Firm

I urge you to read the reviews before hiring this firm. My case has been ongoing for over two years. I spoke with my lawyer only once during a deposition, and he arrived late. I was rear-ended, and I regret not checking the reviews beforehand.

As of September 3, 2024, I just called the office. The front desk staff, who are very nice and not at fault, informed me that my lawyer is unavailable to return my calls. This situation has been dragging on since June 13, 2022. Please consider this before making your decision.

I had a good case, was offered the money and only received a small portion of what I got back. Somehow the medical bills were more expensive than the rate I had initially saw on the companies they sent me to for treatment….. somehow there were more appointments that I paid for than I attended. I’m talking a sh!t load of appointments was paid for that I couldn’t have possibly attended. All I’m saying is it was very sketchy. Better off getting legal advice and representing yourself!!

This is the worst law firm ever had a gave them a free case on 7/26 me and my girlfriend was involved in a accident (rear ended) company truck claims we stop in front of him giving him no reason to stop SCHWED LAW FIRM ATTORNEY ( JASON) who watched the video of the accident on 7/26 didn’t do a proper investigation instead he watched a video from a Zoom call video to video and made a quick decision to stop working with us base on a Zoom call which is crazy they couldn’t show us ? Didn’t even review the whole video back from the gas station leading up to the wreck wtbs ; SHOULDNT NO ONE EVER USE THESE GUYS TO DEFEND YOU

This is the worst law office me and my family has ever used. They are scams and liars. They will take your case. Not knowing if they can handle it. Atterney Jason Dollard is rude and disrespectful. He’s uncaring and only there for the money. When i first talk to him and he had all information about my case. He was for sure he could take my case. He waited a whole year and a half to tell me he couldn’t continue with my case. I wouldn't recommend this law firm to the devil. They are SCAMS and they discriminate.

Please don’t use this law firm if I could give no stars that would be my rating because this firm doesn’t seem to have staff members who are there to actually work. I contacted them for my accident February of 2023 and I am still awaiting my settlement that they finally worked to receive in January.They attorney stated that I would have my check by March but every time I call about my money I’m told I will be receiving a phone call that never happens. This firm is a joke and will be getting reported.
