Schreiber ADR is a next level mediation group comprised of seriously skilled professionals. Prepare to walk into a mediation with a mediator that has done his/her homework. Position statements have been critiqued, prep calls have taken place and time is not wasted. Expect to get to the heart of the matter in a hurry.

You can also expect to encounter creative and sometimes unconventional approaches to conflict resolution. Just because mediators have been doing it a certain way for decades does not necessarily mean that it's the right way. The folks at Schreiber think outside the box and if a case cannot be resolved during a session, they will follow-up.

Lastly, I have to confess that the process is not what I would characterize as being particularly comfortable. Because these mediators have actual, real life experience litigating cases (while others enjoyed distinguished careers on the bench), I am often confronted with things that I had not considered. Sometimes I have to rethink my evaluation. Far better to gain valuable insight during the mediation process rather than during trial, when it's too late.

There are other really good mediators in Alabama. Schreiber ADR is, in my humble opinion, the best. Give them a shot yourself.
