My speeding ticket was dismissed, I am extremely grateful for this firm. My ticket was written for 17 over the speed limit, which I knew wasn't true. The attorney actually went to the location where the ticket was cited, and found that the speed limit posted was 55 mph, not 45 mph as the cop claimed at that specific mile marker. The attorney submitted those photo to court and it was immediately dismissed. If you want a lawyer who will be that diligent, and get the job done, this is the firm to work with.

I received a speeding ticket in Clallam County, WA, and Joe was one of the few, if not the only, traffic attorney working in that area. I was referred to him by a Seattle-based firm, and being from out-of-state I took a leap of faith in retaining Joe.

Yes --- there are many lawyers in nearby Seattle, but they are unlikely to take up a case in Clallam County which is 2hrs of driving away.

After signing the retainer agreement, Joe's team immediately scheduled a court date to contest the ticket. They charged me a flat fee that's ~$100 over the fine; it includes evidence discovery, representation in court, and arguing for deferred finding if it comes to that.

Happy to say that Joe was able to get my ticket dismissed!

I would like to personally thank Joe and Rebecca Schodowski for their outstanding performance! They were able to work their magic for me once again. This time it was for a distracted driving ticket (phone). I just received an email letting me know that the ticket was dismissed! I would recommend them to anyone who values keeping there driving record clean. Their prices are more than fair and they truly care about their clients. I contacted Joe after I received two traffic tickets in the mail; Negligent Driving and Littering an Abandoned Vehicle, following a car accident along 101. I am really glad I made the call to Joe. The dreaded speeding ticket! You get one and know right away these things are almost impossible to fight. An officer pulls you over and cites you for speeding and there's not much you can do to convince a judge that the officer was wrong and that you weren't speeding.. the good thing is you don't have to... I didn't have to. Matter of fact, I didn't even have to go to court. I hired Schodowski Law to handle my ticket for me as I live in California and wasn't about to make the 1,400 mile trek back to Washington just to fight a $160 traffic ticket. I would've paid $160 and forgotten about it if I knew it wouldn't hit my insurance. But it would've. My insurance would've skyrocketed for the next few years and suddenly my $160 ticket would look more like $1160. Thankfully my attorney handled it for me and I woke up today to the following message: "We just had your contested hearing this morning in Clallam County, and your attorney got the charge dismissed! This means the ticket will not go on your permanent driving record and more importantly, your insurance rates won't go up." When they told me about their extremely high dismissal rates I didn't fully believe them but without me needing to provide any evidence, testimony, video or anything.. my ticket was dismissed.
