TLDR: Working with this team was very stressful and disorganized. I wish I had just done the work myself and saved myself over $1k in legal fees.

I worked with Sandra and her team to form an LLC. The service received clearly indicated to me that my case was low priority and fell through the cracks of being bounced around by a team of paralegals doing the actual work.

Getting my LLC finalized required constant emailing to check in on the status of things and to make sure tasks were being completed. By the end of everything, I was communicating with 4 different staff members about my case, making it difficult to track who I should be communicating with about what.

After several weeks of radio silence from their team, I finally just checked on the status of my LLC filing on the Secretary of State's website and noticed my LLC was finally formed, which unblocked me from taking care of pending business-critical tasks such as setting up an EIN and bank accounts.

The final kicker was their billing process. They emailed the bill to my husband, being the man of the house, regardless of the fact that all points of contact and communication were with me. Luckily this was caught before I incurred a late fee.

We had a over the phone consultation with Sandra for my husband and his brother’s family trust. Before the consultation we had only spoken to the receptionist to set up the meeting which took me having to call the office several times to follow up because no communication was received. The phone consultation was for a hour and a half and she then sent a bill after her consultation for $600. Once we received the bill I was shocked because she never mention what her fee would be and when I spoke with her and stated I felt that this was unfair and we would agree to pay $500 she refused, so I sent the check for $500 and then received two months later a additional bill for the balance of $100 plus now 18% interest added to the bill. Unbelievable don’t waste your time at this office so unprofessional just like the guy below that mention being taken for $2300 she’s a scam artist at best unethical!!!!
