Got a call from these people this morning asking about a person known to me. With a case number, etc. It became clear immediately that they were trying to scam me for something. I told the woman who was talking to me that I would call my attorney. She hung up. Scammers.

I received the number of harassing voicemails from these clowns. I don't know how they got my number and I don't know why they wanted to talk to me since I'm not the one they were looking for. After I kept calling them back ,since they have been harassing me. These people turned around and called a 91 year old woman who was my mom and started asking her about her property. It's actually mine. It is also funny that they have all this information on me and yet they called to talk to somebody else. These people are frauds. It's against the law. And they need to be shut down. Threatening and harassing people is as disgusting as It gets. However, these people do not have a conscience these people do not have any ounce of integrity whatsoever. Of course it won't bother them because integrity and respect is something they would not understand. Little do they know that I have media connections and I will be sharing as I have on my Facebook they're harassment. I will be contacting my local sheriff's department in regards to their harassment of an elderly 91 year old lady.

First of all, they called and left information on a message that wasn’t even for me, which is against CFPB rules…and their threats are illegal and unjustified, and the extremely rude person (I won’t even qualify him as a man the way he spoke to me) told me to shut up, yelled at me repeatedly, wouldn’t let me speak nor ask questions, and lied about him being a paralegal, again, against the law. . The good news is, I have it ALL recorded and saved. So I have an attorney writing a cease and desist letter to HIM specifically and have filed a complaint on CFPB about their illegal practices. I will take it to court if necessary. And, it doesn’t even involve me!
