Incompetent, unprofessional and a waste of time. If I could give zero stars I certainly would. I called this establishment because I needed a form notarized to obtain a Birth Certificate. I gave a brief description of what was needed and the lady on the phone said she could do it. I arrived less than 10 minutes later. When I presented the paperwork, she looked it over and said she could not notarize the document because she wasn’t authorized to do so....... I had read over the clear instructions given by the State of California multiple times prior to arriving and it clearly stipulated that any CA commissioned Notary would be qualified to complete this simple task. Anyways I ended up going to UPS and the process completed in less than five minutes. Given the type of work this establishment provides, I would think they get these type of requests on the regular.
