Dan is a great instructor, and his class was informative and engaging. I would recommend it for people who are looking to obtain their permit as well as the safe operation of a firearm and awareness. He has a great teaching style that is hands-on and demonstrates a strong knowledge of the material. I'm very excited to complete the process and return for a more advanced class later this year. His wife was also amazing with the female students and offers women's only classes. My wife had an amazing time as well.

This was an excellent experience from start to finish. I have been a teacher for the last 15 years so I know what a good classroom experience can be and Dan, the instructor, was personable while remaining professional, knowledgeable, and patient with all the people in attendance. This all led to 8 hours that felt more like a quick 2-3 hour course packed with information that felt manageable and approachable for someone like myself who has zero experience with firearms before attending. The cherry on top is that he will help you with all of the necessary paperwork to get your license and tailors it to your specific town's needs. I highly recommend this training if you are looking to get your permit.

Dan and his team are great! They made me feel so welcomed and they immediately put me at ease with my anxiety. I explained about my ADHD and that I would need there patience and understanding. It was absolutely no issue. I made it through the course with great comfort and confidence! I DEFINITELY plan on returning to him for future training on many different techniques and the rules and regulations of the gun world.
