Very disappointed with the lack of communication and follow-through. This firm was hired to represent my brother in his deportation case. They have not visited him, have not communicated with him directly, and have provided no updates to our family. We’ve tried contacting them multiple times with no clear response. Deportation cases are urgent and require attention, this level of neglect is unacceptable. I would not recommend this firm to anyone needing dependable legal support.

Worst people to deal with. I asked for help and all they did was take my money and hold it for 5 months just to tell me they can't help me. Now they won't give me my money back and apparently everyone on their refund staff is always on vacation and nobody can give clients their refund back. I don't recommend to nobody. They prioritize themselves before the customers. Demi ceballos wouldn't let me speak to nobody above her and she was the desk lady. Horrible service and I'm still trying to get my money back. Don't go here, all they do is waste your time and never answer your calls or questions.
