At first, I was very hesitant and embarassed about filing for bankruptcy. I made an in person appointment and found his space with no issues. He is very polite, understanding, and will guide you through which approach is the best for your situation. He will also answer any questions you may have for him and will reassure you if you have any doubts.

However, there was only one minor hiccup throughout this entire process; his paralegal forgot to hit the Send button to an email response! I only found out after checking in with her. I completely understood though, as I've made that same type of mistake before.
