I highly recommend the Russian Agency for all services related to obtaining a Russian visa and/or sending notarized documents to Russia. I have used the services of the Russian Agency twice this year, and everything was done efficiently and very quickly. Both Dmitry and Natalya were most helpful. They were very patient answering all my questions, and they were willing to go above and beyond in explaining all the processes in great detail. 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩The agency is working with outstanding sufficiency.Getting new passport outside the country in a pandemic seems a battle lost before the start...My enquiry about new passport I sent on January 13th, in reply that I received in less then 24hrs I was provided with meticulously detailed documentation, time table and approximate time frames, when my new documents will be ready for pick up or mailed to me. I believe that the team has excelled in all means of communication and as service providers, because their different team members lead me effortlessly through the entire process of application and appointment within less than 5 days since my enquiry. I cannot recommend highly enough Russian Passport Agency team, that on my opinion ,are way ahead of anther (5) agencies, (that I have also enquired within, and got slow reaction and overpriced application fees). Fantastic work, Team! (and in present covid slow motion pandemic is just amazing how fast you work!) Thank you very much!
