Definitely would not recommend chip pelley to anyone. I paid $1500 down for a divorce he told me it would be started. It was partly done when things started working out between myself and my ex wife. His secretary told me to keep them in the loop. A month later a received an email for chip pelley telling my I needed to come up with $4500 in 5 days or he was dropping my case. Needless to say I had no choice but to not pay it cause there's no way I had that kind of money to throw around. I will tell everyone I can to not go to him!!!
