Thanks to the persistence and professional approach of the staff, I managed to get my passport back. Additionally, they delivered it from Los Angeles to San Diego completely free of charge and as quickly as possible.

These guys are great. I've been working with them for two years now to get an immigration visa for my mom, and it's been a very smooth process. They've been available to answer every single question and had made sure all of our paperwork was filed correctly, so that there were no issues at all when my mom got to the consulate. Also, bonus points for their bilingual approach. I immigrated to the States as a teen, so I don't feel comfortable discussing business / legal things in Russian as I don't really have easy access to that kind of vocabulary. There have been a few situations in my life where other Russian services / companies made me feel weird for speaking English to them, but these guys understood my boundaries and accommodated them, which I really appreciated.
