I dealt with Patrick Who is extremely unethical? I contacted him about setting up my will, and two trust for my children. I was very clear about what I wanted done. When I got his engagement letter, it was not clear whether or not he was setting up the two trust funds for my children I emailed him and contacted his assistant several times to confirm that the two trust for my children were included in my fee. After two weeks and finally putting him on the spot, he told me that the two trust were not included, and that after I die, my estate would have to hire somebody to create the trust. Had I not carefully read through his engagement letter and questioned him on this he would have pulled a fast one over me..

Watch out for him.
