The most shameful, dishonest nightmare! DO NOT use this firm. Mr. Rosenberg neglected to timely file our taxes for two years in a row and never had the decency to tell us. We found out only upon being hit with over $4,000 of penalties from the IRS because of his negligence. We trusted all along that he had filed our taxes, because he submitted invoices for his "services rendered", which we paid in good faith. Additionally, he later forged the dates on a supposed 'copy' of our tax form to give the appearance that he had timely filed them. But we had the original copies and so his dishonesty was on full display. He has been reported to the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection as well as the Connecticut State Board of Accountancy. There should be an option to give no stars! One star is far too generous.

Absolutely horrendous service. Do not work with this firm. I found out 2+ years later my taxes were never filed and Melissa will not return a call or respond to an email. DO NOT LET THEM DO YOUR TAXES.

Mandatory to give at least one star, otherwise, would not have given that... Taxes done by Mark - now I'm getting billed by the state because MY RETURN WAS DONE WRONG. Attempted contact over a month ago to discuss, with no response to date - it's June 7, '24. I haven't even gotten my returns back yet! So this outfit now has my 2022 return, which they requested I provide, and they have my 2023 return with all attachments. Would not recommend whatsoever.
