I am giving Dr Rose 2 stars for the moment. I was a new patient due to insurance company changes. The first thing i noticed when making an appt. was the recording stated the line was busy and to call back. I tried 3 more times and finally got though.

Once at the office for my appt. (which was at 945AM) I noticed a waiting room full of people (later found out there were only 2 exam rooms available). Im hoping the over booking will not be a recurring issue. I finally got to see Dr Rose at 11:15.

Dr. Rose never closed the door so no privacy. He never checked my blood pressure or weight. Never listened to my heart and lungs. All things that should be a part of any doctor visit no matter what the speciality.

The 'exam' was just a series of questions. He spent a bit of time feeling around my neck and listening with his stethoscope around my neck.. Very weird as my former Endo never did that.

Finally he said follow me and we went to the reception area where he ordered a lab test and I was told to come back in one month (since I was a new patient and this was normal. My old Endo scheduled appts every 3 months).

So for an appointment that was 90 mins late, I spent maybe 5 minutes with the actual doctor.. He seemed to be more intrested in what to order for lunch then spending more quality time with his patient

Not a good start

Reception area staff was nice.

I will see if things improve with this doctor on my next visit.

I have been a patient for approximately 10 years and it has never been this bad. I was placed on hold for over 45 minutes. Just to ask the staff to send my scripts to the laboratory. Often times I have to drive to the office for simple tasks such as requesting a script. I will be leaving this endocrinologist. In 2024 are many conventional ways to assist patients without eliciting frustration.

I’m a new patient and have been to this office twice and both visits were great. Referrals were processed in a timely manner, received a call reminding me of my appts, and all lab orders and prescriptions have been explained thoroughly at every checkout. Dr. Rose is very detailed and takes his time with each appointment. He explains test results and treatments in an easy way to understand. The lobby wait can be a bit long but I’d rather have a doctor who doesn’t rush his meetings with patients. I’m very pleased with the health services provided at his office.

This was the worst waste of time and money. The wait time was more than one hour and the doctor spent less than five minutes. He hadn’t reviewed the results or history and asked me to explain what I thought the results meant. When I told him he was the professional he said I need to see my primary again and get referred to a tiger specialist. He prefer thousands of dollars in blood work and didn’t even have the courtesy to review and give me an accurate assessment. I workout five days a week running ten miles and he said I needed to become more active.

How much more active do I need to get? Obviously this man is not all together there.

One of the worse doctors I have ever experienced. Not only did he misdiagnose me with type 2 diabetes. He did nothing to help me. I saw him for almost a year. My glucose was worse at the end of seeing this doctor. I was diagnosed as borderline diabetic. By the time I found a new doctor. My A1C was at 12! Come to find out. I have type 1. A year of my life was waisted on this man, who didn’t provide me with the tools I needed. Now I am a severe case of a diabetic woman. Having to inject myself with insulin 4x a day. This man almost killed me. Don’t waste your time or money here. His office staff is also a joke. Those ladies just see dollar signs. They do not care about your overall health. Please learn from my mistake.

Do not see this Doctor with the current office staff. This is an ongoing practice: I have been calling for my mother who is a patient. Dr. has had the results of blood work for two weeks now which require a medication change and Dr. Rose has not communicated at all with my Mom or other Drs. The office staff is EXTREMELY RUDE and ARROGANT when you finally do get through to talk to someone. And they sound and act as if they are doing you a favor by answering the phone, the tone is like they can't be bothered with your phone call and get you off the phone immediately. What in the world? Unbelievable!! I I will be changing doctors for my mother immediately to a doctor and staff that care about their patients.

Dr. Rose is the worst doctor on the Planet and I am not exaggerating. He is disorganized, rude, and uncaring. Every time I have gone to him, someone is screaming and running out of the office due to his incompetence. This time it was me. He sits in front of you and reads your reports as you just sit there. They refuse to call you with your results and don't even look at them until you come in and then you sit there for 20 minutes until he reads the reports and checks his file. He REFUSES to answer any questions and refuses to listen to the patients. It is way past time for this man to retire, it is only a matter of time until he seriously hurts someone.

I have had a very difficult time finding doctors since moving from the Northeast. I find Dr. Rose to be a very good and thoughtful doctor. My health has improved greatly in a very short time under his care. I will admit that some of his staff should not deal with people publicly. One thing to mention is that this office REQUIRES you to wear a mask. They do not tell you this as a new patient which is very unprofessional. Upon arrival of your first appointment they do not provide a mask which is unacceptable and causes problems. Just provide a mask the first time it would solve a lot of hard feelings.
