She doesn't have a License as Tax Preparer, She used the program TurboTax, She does not sign the returns. She should not charge people for preparing thereTaxes, because she do not have a license.

I would drive 40 min so that Rosaura can do my elderly dads taxes. This year he couldn't make the drive so we went somewhere locally only to find out that he shouldn't have been doing taxes anymore, due to retirement. Its been several years that he shouldn't have been doing taxes and he has just been taken advantage of. Also she improperly filled out some immigration papers that ruined his wife's chances of remaining here legally. We would always tell him not to go there, but he is old and stubborn and she knew that.

They have been helping my parents for over year in trying to resolve old Tax issues, but does anyone know if they are tax experts? Should I just tell my parents to go to an actual tax EA or CPA instead of an immigration firm?

I DO NOT RECOMMEND Rosaura segura. I regret doing any business with her. Rosaura and her assistant are completely unprofessional. She is misleading, will give you run around, she is manipulative, and will take advantage of you, she will create a great inconvenience to you. She failed to have any sense of customer service. Rosauras disrespectful behavior towards me was ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. It is down right pathetic and RIDICULOUS to have an irrisponsible amiture be in business.

NO RECOMIENDO a Rosaura segura. Lamento hacer cualquier negocio con ella. Rosaura y su asistente son completamente poco profesional. Ella es engañosa, es manipuladora se aprovecha de la gente, no te va a ayudar. Ella no tiene ningún sentido de servicio al cliente. Rosaura me faltó el respeto. Su comportamiento era ABSOLUTAMENTE INACEPTABLE. Es increíble pensar que alguien tan irresponsable como ella podrá tener un “segun” negocio.

Muy mal trabajo que me hizo con mis taxes del 2016 y 2017 yo soy uber driver y me hizo pagar al IRS más de 5000 dlls por su error, no la recomiendo para nada mejor busquen a alguen profecional es más barato y hacen trabajos garantizados porque ella no lo hizo bien! ?
