Ronda Glenn is a crook. DO NOT HIRE HER!!!

Failed to even show up for the consultation. I agreed to work with her contingent to a meeting. Paid the retainer because I was in a bind. Was told that I’d get it back if I chose not to work with her. After meeting with her I realized she was completely off. We didn’t even talk about my case. She kept almost half my retainer. I’m still fighting to get it back.

She has her own personal legal issues and she is swindling money. Do not hire her.

When I called inquiring about an appointment, they were polite and had several appointment times that fit my schedule, even offering a virtual consultation if I preferred. They called the day prior to confirm the appointment and everything I needed to bring to move things along quickly and smoothly. I was greeted by friendly professional staff, and had a nice cup of coffee while I waited in the conference room. My consultation felt very thorough. Ronda took the time to listen and explore all of the options with me. Her expertise was clear, but I didn't feel pressured. It was a comfortable and professional experience working with Ronda Glen Law Offices.

Hired this attorney, to help with establishing a parenting plan with my children's mother. After $5,000 we accomplished mediation. For those that aren't aware, mediation could be accomplished for right around $500 per party.

After mediation, assuming things were settled and to be finished. I called and requested the rest of my "trust" money. I was told that money was mine to use, at my discretion. It's been over a month, with little to no communication. The original people I dealt with, Heather as my paralegal, Nick, as my attorney, and Paul as the receptionist were amazing. Unfortunately they have all left.

Called today, as I was told I'd be given a call today to receive my check for what little is left of my trust fund, and to close out. Very rude, unprofessional, and it seems as though they have no desire to do what you request, after they get the money you're basically out of luck. Would not recommend this attorney, for any reason.

I used Ronda Glenn on a couple occasions over a period of several years. She was thorough and stayed on top of things. Ronda was professional and realistic in her consultations and delivered on what she felt she could promise. Her staff was top-notch as well. I always felt that Ronda had my back.

This place is horrible. They are 3 times the price for little documentation. They are not advocates for their clients!

When you ask them to email information pertaining conflict of service they refuse to have a paper trail of ongoing issues! Samantha will call you to talk about billing and will prolong the dispute for months and your still stuck with the charges! During the investigation they charge you more money more than what you disputed. I had over $2500 of unreasonable and unnecessary charges.

God forbid if they learn a new process they will charge you for their learning experience regardless how long it take them. One example is child support calculation and modification.

I spent close to $10,000 on a case I have to get re-done all over again due to misguiding counseling, and the lawyers advocating among their peers rather than the client best interest.

Rhonda Glenn office charge you for disputes, incomplete service, and they make decisions without your approval! You been warned, save your money and get a lawyer with good communication among their team and reasonable service.

6/3/20 here is an update from 2 yrs ago, they are billing me and refuse to close the account. I even requested it to go to collections. Now I'm approx. $1,700 in late fees and still no correction in my account from prior request. Technically I'm still a customer, as I said before, find you another lawyer that will help you!
