So, yeah I was a little hesitant at first to try a title service. But, I had a unique situation to take care of and thought it might be better to try a place like this. Boy, am I glad I did. What a night and day difference from the DMV. The lady was so helpful and so nice, and she really knew what she was doing. Whole process took less than 20 minutes. They handle expedited service too. And, I walked out happy, unlike at the DMV.

Well my dealership I bought my car from sent the money in the paperwork to Romano's, They lost the title and instead of letting me or the dealership know, they didn't say anything. My temp plate expired , Keep in mind they had 3 months to get this done and let us know. I got pulled over numerous times only to find out it would be another 3 weeks before I get my plates in the mail. They Have never responded to my voicemail I left , I've got no apologies ..nothing. So sick of these selfish buisnesses.

I made an appointment earlier in the week, I was on time for my appointment and your door was locked. I even waited in my car for a little bit, I find it unprofessional that you’re going to have your customers make an appointment and yet you can’t come through on your end. Maybe it’s your employees not doing there job? Either way I’m not interested in coming back. Thank you for taking time out of my day!

Wonderful service. I waited 2 hours at the DMV and couldn't wait any longer. I drove to Romano's and was immediately assisted in getting a title and license for my car. It was so easy, quick, and professional. I highly recommend!

Highly recommend these guys if you’re pressed for time. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes getting new plates and registration. Amy and Taylor were very helpful and informative.
