I spoke with two other attorneys before contacting Mr Smith. Both of those firms seemed more interested in how much money they would get for themselves. Even though Mr Smith and I agreed on terms, he seemed to be far more interested on how he could help me, than he was on how much he was going to receive. Both Mr Smith and Missy started on my case the same day I signed the contract. They were professional, fast and efficient. I would like to give him more than 5 stars and he comes highly recommended to anyone for a trouble free settlement. M.Finks.

Roger Smith came highly recommended and they are quite friendly and willing to help those in need. They work on social security cases and charge a lower % then most and have a cap on how much they make when they win your case.

This lawyer is not very talkative to his clients. He didn't speak or introduce himself or shake your hand on first meeting. I believe his paralegal does all his work. He doesn't seem to work hard for you on personal injury. Says the adjuster is really tough. Well I say that's what I'm paying him for, to be tougher. Won't use him again.
