POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AS A CALLER!
My review is solely based on my initial call and not a rating on the expertise of the lawyers of the firm. The person who took my call was not interested in directing my call to an attorney who may have been able to help. And unsupportive in referring me to another attorney or firm since they did not bother to ask what the urgency was in regard to.
