I had allegedly received a reckless driving speeding ticket for 85 in a 55 zone, the officer also wrote me for no front plate, tinted license plate cover on the back, and "failure to obey traffic signal" for barely running the yellow. I received a letter from Mr. Dearborn's law office a week or two after the incident, and at first glance I was drawn in by the prices, but after looking more into Mr. Dearborn and talking to him over the phone, he was the attorney that I wanted to go with. I will say this was my first experience with an attorney so I didn't know what to expect or to request, but he made it easy and gave me a list of things to do before hand, I got them done very early, so there was just a month of no communication, and I reached out before the court date and he told me to prepare the documents and bring them with me. At court, he met me before court and he worked out a deal with the prosecuting officer M. Salvas and he got the other three charges dropped and got the reckless 85/55 reduced to only a 85/55 speeding charge, was a $166 fine including courts fees. He was awesome and super helpful, I would say that he is worth more than he charges.

I got a reckless driving ticket about 5 months ago. Like a dummy, I waited a week and a half before my court date to get a lawyer. Mr. Dearborn didn’t get upset that we had a short amount of time to get things done. He jump right into. Even when I needed to ask a few questions at almost 11 o’clock at night. He was up, ready to assist. The day of court he got me an outcome I truly didn’t think I would even get close too. I highly recommend him as your lawyer. I already have is number save for the future.
