It’s an unfortunate situation where we need to hire a divorce attorney, but I would recommend Mike Chapski all day. I hired Mike for a couple situations and in both cases, the opposing counsel was out for blood. It’s easy to get caught up in the emotion of things, which at the end of the day ends up costing everyone a lot of money. I felt Mike stuck to the facts and knows the law very well. He does a great job of not getting caught up in the fight and advises appropriately in order to push things forward. Mike is very professional and stays on point to work towards resolution. The opposing counsel in my divorce took my ex to the cleaners, and Mike did a great job of not getting all caught up in the drama of the opposing counsel. It was also beneficial for him to know the judges and the Kane county court system. He basically tells it how it is and works to get quick resolution in an efficient and cost-effective manner. I highly recommend Mike, especially if the person on the opposite side is emotionally charged. He’ll cut through the chase and stick to the law.

Had such an odd and out of the norm legal matter which Mr. Michael A. Chapski and his Associates did such a great job resolving and settling within no time. John Chapski is excellent! Very smart and very efficient. He will always be upfront and honest. He knows the law and will always steer his clients in the right direction. I went here for an attorney. I used Michael Chapski. He is the son of owner/part owner. I have used him before as my divorce/child support attorney. He is a very calm and mild mannered individual in general, which makes it easy to speak to him. He is very kind and interested in your issue that you need his help with. He returns phone calls when you leave him a message to call you back, unlike some.... He schedules his own appointments which is "not the norm" but a better "not the norm" because he knows his schedule better than anyone else plus if he needs to meet with you after hours he does exactly that versus being finished for the day once the office closes and everyone is gone for the day. I recommend Michael Chapski for your attorney needs, if for no other reason but to get good quality legal help. 👍👍
