VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I arrived to my apointment feeling nervous and anxious and the feelings increased due to the surroundings in the waiting room. There were three different sound machines, therapeutic noises, and Christian radio station going off all at the same time. I considered leaving when ten minutes had passed and nobody was to be seen in the building at all. I poked my head in the office lobby and was about to just walk out when the consoler finally came out of her office with messy tangled hair and asked if I was there for an apointment and I said yes and followed her into the office after she said she would be right with me. She then went on to explain why she was late waisting the time I was paying to be there with her and handed me paper work to fill out asking if I was ok with answering questions and filling out paper work at the same time. I stated no I am not ok with that I cannot focus having ADD. She completely overlooked my comment and went on to ask me questions about my history and background while filling out paper work . She asked how I was feeling about coming to therapy today and I answered upset and anxious. She did not ask why but only went on to the next question. I was never told this was not going to be an actual therapy apointment. Later on she pulled out a book to reference symptoms I may be having due to a traumatic experience and closed the book and told me I qualified for ptsd and asked if that surprised me of which I answered no. She continued on asking questions and showing signs of agreement or showing favored sides to a story more so than the side that was being told. Towards the end of the visit she asked if I felt she had left anything out and I said yes and went on to tell that information, she cut me off and did not let me finish speaking and then made it clear it was time to pay for the visit. An hour on the dot. She then started trying to Schedule a new apointment saying she was too busy and saying she could do a day and time then saying that would not work. We ended with my next visit being a virtual visit of which we both are calling from our homes. She was very unorganized and scattered and showed no since of hospitality or affection or emotion. I had to use the restroom very badly because it was so cold and was in pain from not using the restroom out of fear of waisting more time. I ended up leaving upset, mad, discouraged, disappointed, and over all feeling I had waisted my time and money by coming here on my Friday afternoon seeking council. I should have just left the building not waisting my money and time when she was late to the apointment showing my time was not of value to her. If there were an actual website or HR of some sort I would be asking for a refund right now.

Horrible experience! It took a lot for me to even try to take the first step to getting help. When I went to my first, and last session with the therapist there, I arrived a few minutes early. I sat in their waiting area for a little while, then the so called councilor came out of her office and the first thing she started doing was yelling at me for being a few minutes early and told me to never do that again! I spent the rest of the first session feeling the intense desire to just run away and feeling as though I was a leaf shaking in the wind. I paid her after she finished and never came back.

Went on the website 3 times and saw no phone number. Went to location and NO ONE was in the building. Called for an appointment only to be told I have to call for one after I'm already in the lobby trying to get an appointment made. Worst place for therapy wont come back.
