My experience with Roach Law was nothing short of amazing. I can’t speak enough on how efficient they were during this whole process. Kevin along with the secretary staff that was appointed to my case communicated with me on a routine basis. There was never a time during this whole process where I felt like I didn’t know what was going on with my case. I didn’t have transportation at all when I lose my vehicle but Roach Law made sure that they could point me in the right places to help me with my everyday needs. Losing my vehicle and getting into an accident that I wasn’t at fault for was very stressful. After being hit in head on in a collision while sitting at a stop sign, i suffered from severe back pains and underwent multiple visits for therapy, injections into herniated discs, etc. after realizing that these appointments will probably be in the future, if not, the rest of my life, I realized I needed to go further with my insurance company who was not supporting any of these visits. Roach law, specifically Admir and his para Amie, broke everything down for me. They explained my insurance policy, and gave me all of the knowledge i needed to understand what i was obligated to. They gave me support all throughout my necessary medical appointments, and in the end, helped me win a settlement of $60,000.
I could go on and on about what a great business they are, but the staff they have is probably some of the most phenomenal people I have ever worked with. It isn’t just business to them. They actually care about you and how you feel… which is hard to come by these days. There was never a phone call anybody was too busy to take or a time that they weren’t available to answer any question or concern I had throughout the entire process.
