Arda and the Rise to Realize group was paramount to my healing journey. My story is that I been recovering from burn out, stress and anxiety from pushing my mind and body so hard till I had a few mental breakdowns. Eminem’s song “till I collapse” use to be one of my favorite anthems I play to pump myself up to push harder and push through the pain. I grew up being taught that we are suppose to work hard and sacrifice for the team and that’s what I did until I had almost nothing left to give.

I decided I needed to make a change if I wanted to thrive again so I reached out to find a coach who can guide me along the way. I found Arda and listened to his Rise to Realize podcast and everything he said resonated with me so reached out to him and had a few sessions with him and also participated in the group workshops.

It was a life changing experience and his system worked for me. I now have gained another level of awareness and tools to help myself anytime I’m feeling overwhelmed or stressed. I can’t thank Arda and his team enough for helping me and I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family.
