I am appalled that, despite his impressive resume , this attorney failed to sign a retainer and fee agreement with me. He also failed to timely request his attorney's fees from the defendants at a landlord-tenant case at a trial that I won in court. Ironically, Attorney Richard Weill then decided to threaten me with additional attorney's fees citing legal rules, contrary to his previous failure in seeking the same attorney's fees which could have been in my best interest. Please steer clear of this attorney.

This is not a man of word, a crook, and I lier. He will review your case tell you whatever he thinks you want to hear. Once you decide to work with him and give him your money, good luck hearing from him, filing any documents with courts, and then of course he will ask for more money after months of doing nothing.
