In 2017 I hired Michael Jacobs to help close my deceased mother's estate. He successfully completed the job and I was happy with the result. In November 2021 I visited his office to get copies of some of the documentation from the 2017 case. While waiting for the copies to be presented to me I quietly paced in the lobby. Within minutes Michael Jacobs himself stormed down from his office to ask me what I needed. When I told him that I was waiting for copies of my paperwork he told me to sit down. I told him that I was fine standing and that I would be leaving shortly (as soon as I got the copies, which I was told would be ready in a few minutes). He aggressively told me again to sit down. This encounter made me extremely uncomfortable. I regret working with this firm and cannot believe how poorly they treated me, their customer (who paid their office $5K for their mediocre services). If I could leave zero stars I would.

Riach Gese Jacobs and his office provided excellent services, demonstrating professionalism and personal attention to all details of my friend’s case, Peter Phan.

Mr. Jacobs helped Peter out with an issue where he was being sued because of something that wasn't Peter's fault. Peter was worried he would lose but Mr. Jacobs got him sorted out after just a few meetings. Mr. Jacobs conducted himself in an utmost professional manner and gave Peter the right advice on time before he makes his decision.

I am waiting for a response from this lawyer, and I'm getting nowhere. I'm hoping that I'm not wasting my time, and money on this lawyer. But I'll be waiting for next week for an answer. If I get an answer then I will change my star rating to a 5. But if I don't get answer from this lawyer then I will go to every place to spread the word that Mike jacobs is a scam.

Originally rated low based on 10 days with no return call after several msgs left. Updated 4/17/2018 received a call back with apologies and received the best information for my situation. After looking into this option further it is indeed exactly what I need and I had no idea that this possibility even existed . Kudos and many thanks!
