This place doesn't care about your employees or their taxes. Didn't get the w2 till April 2 avoid this place or you will have trouble. Secretary out front, favorite thing is to tell you "she will call you back when she's off the phone" or she's in a meeting or ect.

I was referred to bring my taxes here for 2022 tax year. Never bring your taxes here to be completed. This place actually caused me to lose out on a mortgage because my taxes were not completed in a timely manner. I ended up taking my taxes elsewhere. Service is not good. It will take months and months for your taxes to be completed. Horrible experience.

Brandy has been simply amazing. She goes above and beyond for clients. She truly cares about her clients like her Mom. Her Mom passed the baton to her and she has just run with it. So easy to talk to and she will research until she has the best option for you and your company. Our personal and corporate taxes have been in such good hands. Brandy will watch out for you but yet do it the correct way. Excellent skills and so professional.

Rhonda Burkett has always been sonprofessional and cheery as soon as I walk in the door. I am in and out in usually 20 mins or so. I always get nervous about tax season considering I may have to pay in since I'm single and no kids. I am always pleased with my experience with Rhonda. She does a wonderful job!

DO NOT TRUST HER, SHE WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU. This is the most ignorant place to file your taxes!!!!! Rhonda is rude and unprofessional. She filed my taxes incorrectly and after I called three other tax companies and having my financial advisor at my university talk to her and explain she wasn't doing my taxes right, she yelled she didn't care and that they were "stupid idiots". She cost me a semester of school because of her ignorance and her inability to do her job, I even tried to fix it with her months prior to school starting to get something fixed and instead she wrote a letter to the university explaining how she was right and provided no justification.
