All the Relevant staff is friendly, prompt, helpful, understanding. Attorneys are upfront, honest, keep you 100% informed, easy to reach & VERY prompt to respond to any and all questions. They're very realistic in their expectations of cases, prepared for various scenarios. They are very balanced in their communication so that you understand everything perfectly before your case goes to court but they do not ever contact you needlessly. They were excellent in negotiations, kind... Their rates were lower with higher quality services by far than some other firms I had experiences with. There just aren't enough good words. I had interactions with Caleb, Katherin & Joel & all of them are absolutely wonderful. When you walk in they are immediately friendly & offer you something to drink & make sure you're comfortable before proceeding further. 10/10 would recommend & will absolutely return with any further needs.
