I have so much to say about my dissatisfaction not only with my agent Regan, but the staff in general. [*editing to add that they have a new staffer by the name of Kaley who has actually been great to work with, unfortunately a little to late but felt the need to add this. Hopefully they are improving] We started our home owners policy is December of 2022 and it took them 4 emails and contacting through the website for them to put our correct address on our statement. The address listed was an address we had never lived at and have no idea why it was on there or why our mail was being sent there.

There was a huge storm that rolled out in March of 2023 and multiple houses were hit in Sherman area and our roof had bad hail damage- lost shingles etc. There were multiple patches that needed repaired per Suttons and two other company’s we had come out. We started a claim and for nearly two months were told an adjuster was going to come out. On three separate occasions, I took an entire day off work for a scheduled adjuster - that never showed.

I ended up just dropping the claim. I then called my agents office and specifically stated I wanted this claim removed from our history - as they had effectively dropped the ball and were essentially worthless in this process.

Fast forward to October 2024 when my bank calls to tell me that State Farm is dropping our homeowners policy. Three weeks later I received a letter in the mail from State Farm ( no call ever) that had a cancellation due to the claim from March that shouldn’t have even been on our account still- with a total claim amount of $0.00.

Yesterday 10/31- I finally received a call from my insurance agents office. They took zero ownership and did not even offer an apology.

Do not give them your business. They seem disorganized at best and definitely not a family centered business.
