I truly am starting to wonder if I got scammed they gave me their word. I would be out of there in approximately three weeks to a month. I am going on the third month. No one has gotten back to me. I paid my retainer and I’m sitting in limbo, I definitely recommend, you look somewhere else also they told me the lawyer would be $300 an hour and they charge $600 an hour and said oh we end up using a better lawyer and the second day I signed up they called to say we need more of a retainer when they promised they would do it for that price This place truly has scam all over it

I had attorney Grant McArthur And I have to say him, and his team were the best. I wind up getting what I wanted, which is full custody over both of my children. They’re a little on the expensive side, but it’s worth every penny when you know your children are safe. The one piece of advice I can give everyone is just listen to what your attorney and the team says they know exactly what they’re talking about. They are phenomenal mind you they might get a little busy, but if the question you have is very urgent, they will get back to you ASAP no matter how busy they are. I cannot recommend Reel Fathers Rights enough. Thank you guys so much for everything you’ve done for me!

Communication is horrendous. They couldn't make it more obvious that they just want your money, they don't care about you.
They improperly served paperwork by sending it to the wrong address and when I brought it to their attention the response was "according to our system she has been served, and that's all that matters." Which is untrue and would've came back to bite me if I stayed with them. They also refused to communicate through emails even though we discussed it 3 times. And they will also charge you for the phone calls, voicemail, and emails. So if you miss a call, they send a follow up email, and charge you 3 times for missing a call. I told them I could only talk certain times and they continued to call me knowing I couldn't answer, and charged me everytime.
I ended up paying over $13k and we never even saw a judge or had one in person meeting.
This is a horribly greedy company and they do NOT care about you. Hire any other law group.

Be careful with these sharks. Have your guard up in the end they’re here to make money and that’s their number one priority.

Long story short, I went in with my case. Other party was using non existent arrears to have me bend at their will. I went to them for help and they strung me along making me think I had a chance.

First court date comes up and judge calls off. Over $1500 for that day and all I got was a continuance.

They charge me for 3 missed phone calls that totaled up to just under $300

My attorney called me the the wrong name twice.

Other party reaches out for an agreement proposal and instead of attempting to resolve they state “attorney is ready to go” and we proceed to court. $2800 later and all they did was ask for continuance.

$16,000 later and they tell me to just agree to the terms other party has presented me. The exact same position I was in before I hired Reel father rights. Thousands in the hole and no custody of my child. Beware of them.

Absolute nightmare of an experience. Their intake team is phenomenal. They made me feel so much confidence going with them and once I was in everything took a turn for the worse. My legal team was so unorganized and every time I would ask for a copy of something they couldn’t provide it ever. It was so bad up until the day before the hearing I was unsure of my attorney even knew court was the following day or if he’d be there. The amount of stress dealing with them is unreal and as if you’re already not going through enough with why you need an attorney. They don’t put in the extra effort to make you feel that they care at all about you or your case. I would never recommend to anyone. All their good reviews are about their intake team.

I understand sometimes you win and sometimes you lose.. i called many times and begged to please have someone call me, since my daughter is in a dangerous situation, being left with a sketchy person. Wow.. I called 7 times and never got a call back. The only call was to bill me.. jessica stated that if i ever had a problem to call her, and i did, and never got a call back.. intake team was great, but after they took my retainer, i only spoke to Serrafano once.. he wasnt even prepared of my case.. they billed for services , yet in court, they forgot to bring them.. “serious allegations of abuse are present, and no one fought for me.. the opposing counsel slandered the crap out of me, and not once did my attorney say anything. The judge chewed me out like if i was a bad dad… ive never missed one day in 4 years and am very involved and my attorney didnt say anything”… they inputed my income wrong and my attorney told me, just pay it… wow… i cant even afford to pay that amount, plus the amount was incorrect… no one heard me out from this firm… they did not attempt to keep me as a client, knowing that i still need help.. that says it all… that says it all… jasmin called me and said she would not charge me to hear my concerns, then stated she would bill me since shes been on the phone too long. Wow….. facts…. I have screenshots of all this. Feel free to reach out… this place is sad…. They did not attempt to keep me or address my concerns.. facts

Sadly, this seems to be a bit of a money trap. You’re not allowed to speak with your lawyer until after paying the retainer. Prior to that you’re only permitted a short intake call with a non lawyer. I was told this was because they received so many calls that they wanted to weed out the non-paying clients.

Once I finally received my lawyer, senior lawyer in the firm, David Taub, things seemed to be going well. We were a good match it seemed and he seemed to truly understand and empathize with my situation.

Unfortunately, it soon became clear that serving the needs of my now-alienated daughter was not his concern, nor were they the concern of Ryan Dryer, another senior lawyer in the firm. Calls and emails went unanswered sometimes for weeks, The billing department did a great job of communicating very regularly with me.

In total the firm took upwards of $80,000, while delaying my case for nearly a year, ultimately providing next to nothing of substance. David was inconsistent. Both he and Ryan made promises over the phone and completely disregarded them.

The owner, Mark has never reached out, though his YouTube channel is filled with wonderful information, including several appearances from the lawyers, I mentioned. If only they could’ve put a little bit of that energy towards my case and helping my daughter have a dad, or at least keeping my wife from abusing the system.
