If I can give zero star, I would! The most frustrating and nonsensical process of calling in to get heat assistance. The line is just constantly busy; from 9 in the morning til noon non-stop. Why even tell people to call in when they’re just going to take the phone off the hook. Absolutely crazy! This is a federally funded program. Who do I call to make a complaint?

The woman wasnt clear at all on what i needed to bring as far as documentation. Driving all the way from hoopa. I felt like i got treated like garbage by that woman for racial reasons.

None of these nonprofits want to help with the fix LES SCHAWB has put me in.
Be careful who you give to when you're doing good.
