Stay far away from this company. They only answer the phone when they feel like it. Also, I am signed up for a 50$ per month program that is supposed to deliver new furnace filters and those never get delivered. This company sucks ass.

I have had more than 4 property managers in the 27 years I have owned my properties in Ft. Myers. Daniel is THE BEST. He's honest, dedicated. industrious, and handles any situation that arises with experience and expertise. You would be making a mistake to not choose him as your manager. He's the best in the business and I highly recommend him.

Literally the worstttttt maintenance and reality team I’ve ever worked with.I was fed information regarding a certain property and as soon as I signed the lease they changed everything. For the first month I had no AC and for the entire time I stayed there ( only a couple of months) I had no hot water. I had to boil water for months to bathe my kid. I put in multiple maintenance request for different issues that never got resolved unless I fixed it myself. The owner of the property tried to evict me due to leaving laundry in MY dryer when he stopped by the next unit and wanted to do laundry with my equipment. I was told I could not have more than one car in the driveway. Once I signed the lease their whole attitude changed. I would rather slit my wrist then ever work with this horrendous group again.

Olivia Kollar of Real Property Management is now my rental property manager and may I say I could not be more pleased. We met with Olivia several days prior to Hurricane Irma when it was projected to hit the east coast. As everyone knows, it shifted to the west coast and slammed into the area close to our home. Real Property Management Rental Direction has a great team of professionals. I am extremely pleased with how they accommodated my specific needs.
