From March through May 2024, my family engaged Jim to assist with an eviction from a property we wanted to sell. He was very easy to work with, kept us informed, and responded to our many questions in a timely manner. Jim came to my door via my landlord because of COVID-19 and it was the first time i had ever not been able to pay rent. He immediately calmed my worries and helped me fill out the proper forms that were actually brand new. Even though the documents were days old, he was still very knowledgeable and helped me navigate the process with ease. Very disappointed. Jim did not talk anything concrete to resolve disputes neutrally. He took sides with the seller saying sellers attorney is the only expert person is this real estate matter (why do you need payment then Jim?) and did not point their mistakes or misrepresentations of the property. waste of money.
