Chris Daniel's was excellent in his assessment of the traffic scam on I95 in southern VA, but more important was his knowledge of what you needed to reduce your find and what you shouldn't say or present as evidence even though your were not guilty of the traffic speeding infraction in having an USAA SafePilot App and a witness in your car. His experience as a VA prosecutor and now Defense Attorney in his knowledge of the Judge was invaluable. His advice and fee structure was excellent and totally fair and reasonable. I reviewed 12 Attorneys letters on reckless driving, read a book from one, and interviewed 4 that gave free 30 minutes of consultation that's invaluable as well. His recommendation was 100% accurate, with fines. Also taking the VA Driving Course for 12 hours with testing was a total God send for my total awareness and totally worth all the fines and aggravation on being innocent as the Police Officer picked the wrong car in speeding. Chris Daniels is currently helping my little kid brother fight a criminal charge he does not deserve. My little brother is a good kid & a victim of the foster care system who is stuck at a hell-on-earth residential facility Jackson-Feild. Through my brother's journey with the foster care system, I have met many individuals who wear the professional hats of "helping" foster care kids, but are uncompassionate, cold, and cruel to these kids. I finally got to work with Chris Daniels, who has more compassion for my brother (and the other foster care youths he defends) than any other individual from the foster care system I've worked with. It was clear he genuinely cared for the young population that is neglected & abandoned by our system.

Chris reassured me from the beginning he wasn't going to let my brother go down with the charge & he kept his word 100%.
