When I hire this law firm back on 03/27/2018, to do the I601 waiver and finish my husband immigration process and paid over $6,000. When I gave the case I was clear it needed to be updated to NVC since it will be close do to the year mark. I was told it should not take more then 6 months after the waiver was approved, to finish this process. However my case was closed twice while this law firm was supposed to be taking care of it. Not only they closed it, at the time your paralegal was trying to negotiate the filing fees with me, which I refused to pay. The lack of communication from the paralegal is beyond unacceptable. She was never up to date on my case. I just received a notice the case was reinstated. Yes reinstated, since my sponsors when into your office to drop off the paperwork, I called Paola to let her know to upload them to NVC. She never updated the contact information or told me about fees. This was back on August 2021. I just want to express how livid i am with this place. I was the one constantly calling and emailing to check on this case.
I reached out to Paola for a case update about two years ago. she asked if NVC had sent me any communication through email or a letter, that is how they would reach out to me. Instead of her logging in an checking all the documents requested and any fees were paid. She did not, she turned me away instead doing her job.

My divorce finalized in November 2024. Your 8 years you have waisted time that we will never be able to get back. He will not be able to bring family members that have passed away. The lack of communication, consistency and responsibility is overwhelming. This is unacceptable to provide this kind of work. There are things beyond money you can not get back. Please look into other options when hiring for such mayor decisions.
