I have faced some very damaging charges in my time, and was recently charged for a DUI last August. Because of my past, It was charged as a 4th aggravated DUI, along with 8 additional charges (obstruction, speeding etc)
I was told by another attorney at a different firm, that winning the summary suspension hearing “was an absolute lost cause”, and I realized I was being prepared to lose, right out of the gate, and that the DA offered me a 4 year prison sentence as a plea

Nothing felt right, I was terrified, and asked for an extension.

I can’t describe how difficult his job was, but he kept reassuring me (in my complete panic) that he would do everything in his power to show the court I was not guilty of this. In total, I was charged with 9 counts, and I was found not guilty, and received no jail time. Being in this situation is extremely scary, and charges against you will be inflated and enhanced, especially when you have a past, and believe me when I say, it helps to be innocent, but it PAYS to have Craig Goza.
