If I can give 10 stars I WOULD this place is great very clean office and AMAZING staff always with smiles and willing to help. Been coming to Ramos for 8+ years. Usually we make an appointment but this time around we did a walk in and the wait time wasn't long. I had the pleasure of juandiego prepare my taxes and he was a joy to talk to. Very personal, answered any questions I had and is bilingual. Definitely recommend coming, also the price was very reasonable. Compared to quotes I've heard from other places.

Love Janneth! I’ve been doing my taxes with her for years. She is always very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and does her best to help out and advise based on a case to case basis. And also the yearly service charge continues to increase every time, I still believe it’s worth it. Make sure you make your tax appointment in advance, and you’re in and out, and won’t have nightmares about filing your taxes anymore.

Terrible customer service. Every time I call and ask for the person who helped me fill out my taxes, they say they are busy serving other clients and that they will call you back. They never return calls or answer emails. I have not even been able to receive my refund from last year because you can never get in touch with them. If you do, they tell you that they will see what is going on and will get back to you when they have answers. You never get a call back. My mom recommended this place to me saying that they have good service. I can't say the same about them. If you can, avoid this place.
