Less than a year ago, I turned to Ramos Immigration Law, feeling overwhelmed after waiting 28 long years for a resolution to my immigration case. From the moment I reached out, their team treated me with exceptional care and urgency. The process was remarkably swift and smooth, and I was amazed at how efficiently they handled my case. Thanks to their expertise and dedication, my case was approved in record time. Today, I am a resident, and I am deeply grateful to everyone at Ramos Immigration Law for their unwavering support and for turning my long-held dreams into reality. Choosing this firm was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

I want to thank everyone at Ramos immigration for helping me get my green card. I want to specially thank Tyler for accepting to take my case after two different lawyers refused to do so and to Carla for answering all my questions. Without any of you this would not have been possible.

Ramos Immigration Law was recommended to me by a good friend, a former client of theirs. For this reason, I decided to give them a shot. I want to start by saying my case managers, Leah and Connie, and my lawyer, Atty. Tyler did a great job handling my case. They were professional and knowledgeable, and I truly appreciate the work they put in. I am grateful for the successful outcome.

However, my experience with Francesca, the firm's owner, was disappointing. She communicated via email that I had until 8/23 to pay my balance in full; however, on the evening of the 14th, I received an email, and my husband and I received texts notifying us of legal action, interest, penalties, and even a threat to contact the police for "theft of services.” As it was over a week before the deadline, this felt unnecessary, aggressive, and unprofessional. I understand that dealing with unpaid balances can be frustrating, but I fully intended to pay by the agreed deadline. Additionally, the firm did not provide clear written communication about payment expectations, especially regarding the timeline after green card approval. I had no interview for my green card, which was unexpected, and there was no clear guidance on when payment would be due in such cases. I also asked about continuing my monthly payments until the balance was paid off, but I was only given two options. I understand she has the right to get frustrated if I don’t pay after the due date, but I still have over a week before the deadline.

I advise anyone considering working with this firm to ask for detailed clarification on payment expectations and timelines upfront, as the contract we were given did not cover the scenario the way our situation played out. While the legal team was great, I don't believe clients should be treated as we were. While my issue is not with the legal team I worked with, I think the firm's owner's communication style and professionalism need improvement.

Edit: Ms. Ramos reached out to me personally to clear the situation. Her level of professionalism and detail helped us understand the situation better. Everyone starts learning somewhere and it seems like I caught the new receptionist on a bad day. Do not let my experience reflect all possible outcomes and experiences.

Very unprofessional receptionist doesn't answer questions clearly, non-transparent, puts people on hold without even waiting to hear them speak. Not the qualities or characteristics of a team we want maintaining heavy legal processes for our future. Advertises free consultation online, yet charges 65$? We'd rather go spend 250$ on a transparent and on the ball consultation and be with a team that actually takes the time to think about the introductory conversations and details that need to be had. The amount of information competitors in the local market have requested before even scheduling a consultation compared to this company is exponentially vast. Seems like you get what you pay for here.

Highly recommend this firm!

My husband recieved his green card about a year ago and I'm genuinely content with his progress in his life thanks to the team.
Many doors were opened for him and seeing him be at ease brings joy to my heart.
I appreciate the patience by the team. They are very informative, and will guide you into the steps of this process. They'll address any concerns you may have and are willing push forward.

I was 19 at the time when I opened my husband naturalization case. My husband was 20 at the time, so we were a young couple who got married at the time. I felt our needs wouldn't be addressed or that it would be too soon of a step.

In almost less of a year we managed to push through and have our case accepted. Thanks to Ramos Immigration Law.

I appreciate you guys!
Happy New Years!

it was a nice experience and very straight forward working with Ramos Immigration. Connie and Francesca explained every single step that needed to be taken from start to finish. It was well worth it, using Ramos Immigration to represent us and our case. It gave us piece of mind, knowing to be represented by a professional law firm, especially during times when the USCIS requested evidence. We can highly recommend Ramos Immigration Law for all your Immigration based Questions, issues and petitions to file.
