I called two weeks ago to schedule an appointment, at the time, I gave my insurance information and the schedule was completed. The afternoon before the appointment a person called to cancel it. When I called to ask why since their website and my insurance website both state that Dr. Phadke accept the insurance I waited over 18 min on hold to talk to an extremely rude person who didn't take the time to hear me and hang up the phone on my face. I wanted to pay for the appointment out of the pocket until we can get the insurance information sorted out but the unkind human being didn't even give me a chance to talk. Now my husband who had a stroke is without medical assistance until I can find an endocrinologist that is willing to listen to me. That would be another few weeks. In the meantime all I can do is to pray that his diabetes and cholesterol are under control and another stroke doesn't happen. People like this should not work on the health care industry.

My wife saw Dr Phadke the other day for her Thyroid disease for the first time. We both really liked her. She asked a lot of questions and explained what she thought should be done and she answered all our questions. We are so happy we found Dr Phadke!

First time as patient. The Doctor was very thorough and explaining what should be done and things not to do. Wasn't so quick to order all these tests. I like that. Try the easy things first (less expensive)and then go from there. The staff was very pleasant and professionally as well.

Horrible customer service, disgusting patient practices. The office staff has no clue. Stay as far away as possible unless you want to have to deal with front desk and appointment idiots!
