I hired Attorney Madera back in 2006 to battle my Child Support/Child Custody case. He was extremely kind and helpful during a very stressful time. Attorney Madera and his staff (Karina) were great at helping guide me through foreign territory when it would have been very easy to feel lost throughout the process. My case was difficult and sometimes very emotional. Although the outcome was not 100% in my favor, Attorney Madera ensured it was a fair one in court which is more than I could have asked for. I appreciate him and his staff for the service he provided and would highly recommend his firm for your legal needs. He's an excellent attorney who actually cares.

I don't recommend it in the least.
I took Him for a Child Support case.And many times I felt as if He were my kids Father's Lawyer and not Mine.
On many times I feel that He didn't listen to me.But that he acted at His discretion.
He hardly answer calls either. I had to call many times so that I could receive my call.. He is not a good lawyer for complicated cases.

Please please! Beware of this lawyer.

I had a family case with Mr. Madera
and he will not take your version, he will only
accuse you without the facts. He will make his own statement base an his own criterion and not to the best interests of your children.
If the court assigns Mr. Madera as a child rap for your children, please make sure that you bring your own lawyer with you. Otherwise, he will incriminate you in front of the Judge by leaving you affected for the rest of your life!! He is the most deplorable person in the world!!!

Look for other alternatives, seek help elsewhere, Madera is very spiteful and bias. Be very careful what you say he will twist everything against you and use it to his own assumptions. I dont know how this man can sleep in the night, knowing that he can cause the worst damage to you and your kids by making sure your kids are taken away. STAY AWAY if you love your children!!

Be careful if you have someone like him in your case as GAL. He is dishonest. He create assumptions. He will treat you so bad as women.he will discriminate you with prerogative titles. And never care about kids well being. Oh but don’t you worry his bills are always on time. 🙄
