Elizabeth was Great! First off, out of the 5 other notary services I called, she was the only one that answered the phone. Secondly, her appointments were booked out for, at least, a few days; but when she heard that we needed these documents notarized immediately, she made a little window of time for us and we were able to get everything completed in 15 minutes! Fantastic Customer Service! Great Communication! Overall a very outstanding experience. Thank You Very Much, Elizabeth. We will absolutely work with her again.

I highly recommend this company and the notary service provided by Elizabeth. I had a very unique situation that was both difficult and personal. I explained Elizabeth a little bit of the situation over the phone and asked her to reserve time after hours to meet at an specific location. She was completely understanding and agreed to meet me when and where I asked. I needed sensitive documents signed by a person who had been avoiding me for months when I finally tracked him down, it was on the sidewalk infront of an apartment building and a crowded neighborhood. I called elizabeth who arrived very quickly and conducted business on the hood of my car . There was no office not chair nor coffee and in fact was cold and windy. But more than these inconveniences Elizabeth translated the documents from English to Spanish and made the reluctant signer understand my point of view. In essence she not only notarized the documents I needed, She helped me get something that I have been needing for many years to help my family to move forward. You will not find that kind of compassion and willingness to help anywhere else.

After calling 6 different Notary places in West Covina and hacienda heights area, this is the one I finally came across who had someone available. Elizabeth was very helpful and sincere and understood my frustration of trying to get ahold of someone who could sign my documents on such a late notice. I was in and out of her office in 15 mins. HIGHLY recommend her, she is readily available and very willing to help.
