PuroClean is very professional in their work. I had a flood and they were here the very next day to clean and dry every room that had water. PureClean is truly a trusted Professional company. I had mold developed in our home , the owner came with his Employie she inspected it , he provided immediate recommendation for the family safety , he contacted the insurance company and immediately started the work
I believe this company cares. I believe this company wants to do the correct thing and the right thing for its customers.
In addition for the repair aspect of the project, the company brought me general contractors that were extremely professional. They did a wonderful job in my basement and basically it was done in a very fast paced.
I am a business owner and also what I have viewed out of pure clean is the number one thing they care truly they care About the customers, safety health and getting back the condition of the home as it was and better.
Without any reservation, I would recommend them to my mother, my brother, my sister besides my friends believe me I tell you this company is the best I’ve ever had to use because of one thing they truly care that’s the difference

These guys were very professional. My wife and I just purchased a home and were unaware of a broken sewer pipe in the basement. Puro clean cut out and discarded the mold ridden drywall and thoroughly explained the steps needed to be taken to restore the room. Water had gotten beneath the vinyl floor and I was encouraged to replace the entire basement floor when only one room was affected by the water damage. We had gone back and forth for a bit and I did feel they were too pushy regarding this topic. Attempting to perform a much larger job than what was required for he remediation. I understood the logic, but I felt they didn’t have my best interests in mind. The entire topic was dropped once we found out insurance wouldn’t cover the damage. Aside from this the work that had been performed was great and the team was very efficient, polite, and professional.

They dried all of the water in just 4 days and made sure all of my belongings was handled with care. I am so grateful and would recommend them to everyone. They deserve 10 stars.
