I highly recommend Purdy & Bailey. I contacted them because I had a very complex business contract issue that did not have an easy black-and-white answer. He then asked how each of these pertained to my understanding, intent, and goals for my future company. After I thoroughly answered his questions, he understood my integrity, values, and mission.

With this understanding, he devised an excellent outside-the-box solution that addressed every concern legally and with integrity. He proved the perfect solution that far exceeded anything I could have imagined. I am beyond grateful for his empathetic understanding and passionate expertise, which allowed me to confidently form my dream business without hesitation or concern.
