If ur Public Defender didn't defend u publicly & 4 the rest of ur life u have to constantly defend urself in public would the 1 star feel like another punch in the gut? It would cause it does:(. Zero stars. Unless ur lucky enough 2 get an attorney who gives a shet and goes 2 bat 4 u....... ha! yeah right:( NEGATIVE 4 STARS.

I have not used there services but I have witnessed them in action. Mary Hill was a excellent attorney but she left. Eric Anderson may not call you back immediately and can be hard to reach but once he gets into court, he fights hard for you and is a great attorney

They won't even try to help fight for you. You are better off representing yourself. All they wanna do is get you to take a plea bargain. And if you get Charles Garner you really are screwed cause he won't even listen to you. This jerk screwed up my whole life.

Terrible experience, my PD seemed to be best "buddies" with the ACA prosecuting my case, I'm now stuck with a felony because they didn't seem like they wanted to fight anything, they get paid either way I guess and I, the common man gets the shaft. Alfred plead out to avoid my life getting ruined any further...

Terrible! You would be better represented by your dog. My daughter was told to plead guilty to something she didn't do because "it was easier". This group of attorneys does NOT like to do their job and instead just do as little as possible to get by.

I would actually give this public defenders office a -10 stars they never contact u before court and when you leave a message for you they never call back the only way to get ahold of them is to email them and even with that they only get back to you half of the time so if you get into trouble in Augusta county your better off hiring a real lawyer
