Called on Thursday and made an appointment for 4pm Saturday evening for myself and a friend.

On that Saturday we show up at 4pm. Open sign is on but door is locked. There was a car out front letting us know someone was there.
After about 5 min past our appointment time we knocked, rang the doorbell and called numerous times.
We finally gave up at 4:30 and left.
I work in the salon industry so if it was a schedule mixup or emergency I get it but to completely ignore and purposely not respond to a potential new client is extremely unprofessional.
We were really looking forward to this appointment and even tried for a walk-in appointment a couple weeks prior and arrived to the door being locked with the open sign on. When I called I was told they were at an appointment, which we completely understood. This is why we made this appointment to make sure we were able to get in.

My friend and I came here trying to be open minded. I couldn’t help but feel a little bit skeptic but I’m glad it didn’t sway my decision to give it a try. I chose to the the half tarot spread, which seemed like a great way to get pretty specific about my past, present, and future without investing a bunch of time and money. I feel as if everything that surfaced in the reading aligned with conscious and subconscious truths in my life. It was no coincidence I ended up here today.
