Single parent of my son absent father since the day of his birth last year in July. The dad cut me
Off after I found out he was with someone else during my whole pregnancy anyway went to child support court so I can get some Financial support but they sent me here to meditation. The Lady CAROL was so unprofessional & so rude like why would u take up for a man who does nothing for his son wasn't even there for his birth. She kept changing my dates even after she had asked what holidays do we want to have him talking about I would have to rotate my days but the father doesn't have to. She also was asking me questions about my living situation but not the d… Don't go here if it's court order try to get the judge to send u somewhere else then she kept getting up to waste more time since u have to pay them 15$ ever hour. I had to pay but the dad didnt have to pay. Also they took my phone on some sneaky stuff. In the paper to remind you of the meditation date didn't say
Anything about u cant have your phones. There are no signs up in the office saying that u cant have your phone but they took it that's how u know these people are no good people. CAROL was not
Helping at all definitely not supportive of single mothers. What a waste of child support system money.

1st time there..Terrible service!!! Felt a little discriminated against spent an hour in her office Carol Berz was rude no empathy and just blunt out didn’t care at all. As a business owner if someone has a complaint or an issue there is no need to get smart or be disrespectful. We are all humans it’s ok to hear them out if their not being rude or disrespectful.It’s 2022 you CAN NOT treat people with disrespect and expect To have a great rating. Customer service is very important!!!
